Meet Your Coach

I'm Adam, the coach behind Sundby Fitness.

Like a lot of people, I didn’t start training with a clear plan. I spent plenty of time following random workouts, second-guessing my form, and wondering if what I was doing was actually working. Over time, I realized that most people don’t need more motivation, instead, they need clarity. That’s what pushed me to learn, experiment, and eventually coach others through the same process.

After graduating high school, I decided to pursue coaching and began working toward my NASM certification. A few months later, I passed the exam and started working at my college’s wellness center, coaching people of all experience levels. I noticed a pattern: effort wasn’t the problem, guidance was. People trained hard but often without a clear plan. Helping them find structure and confidence became the focus of my coaching.
