Get Your Plan

Once we decide to move forward, I'll make your custom workout and nutrition plans based on your lifestyle, goals, and experience level. You'll get access to my Trainerize site, where we'll keep track of your progress.

Train & Improve

You'll begin your program with full guidance and weekly check-ins to keep you improving. We'll review your progress, and make changes as we see necessary.

FAQs

Do I need a gym membership?

No, but it is recommended. I can build a program around whatever equipment you have, but a gym membership will help significantly with variety and make progress easier.

I'm a beginner. Is this right for me?

Absolutely! I work with people of all experience levels. If you're a beginner, coaching is a great way to start strong and feel confident that your training is on the right track.

How often will I train each week?

Most people benefit most from 2-3 days of training each week. It also depends on your lifestyle, experience, and goals.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

We'll take the necessary steps to ensure safe, proper training. We'll be able to adjust things like volume, weight, intensity, and exercise selection to keep you training safely while making progress.

How do check-ins work?

Check-ins happen weekly on a 30-minute Zoom call. We'll go over your training, nutrition and progress, and make any adjustments to your plan we need.

What app do you use for training?

We will use Trainerize for the majority of your content. We will also use my online portal to access some programs, and Zoom to have our check-in calls.
