4. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe). By purchasing a program, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

You understand that all fitness and nutrition guidance provided is for informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional medical advice. You agree not to misuse our website or services. This includes (but isn’t limited to) attempting to hack, spam, or engage in abusive behavior toward staff or community members.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases are final unless otherwise specified on the product page. Subscription or recurring services may be canceled by contacting us in writing before the next billing cycle.

10. Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve any concerns directly. If a dispute arises, you agree to:

13. Text Messaging & Communications

Text messaging will be used for notifications, appointment reminders, and marketing/promotional material. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP". Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.
